Your beautiful Royal Villa includes, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full gormet kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room and patios with over 3,200 sq. ft. of living space. Fully furnished with top of the line kitchen appliances complete with everything to serve a beautiful meal, if you choose to do so. The condo features custom hacienda style decor in every room, stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertops recently remodeled and upgraded.
Each room beautiful artwork, and quality furniture and fine linens. You can sleep up to 8 people using the existing beds, up to 10 with rollaways. All three bedrooms have sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall for a complete indoor outdoor living, overlooking the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, white sand and lush landscaping.
The patio has a beautiful infinity spa / hot tub to relax and capture the beauty that surrounds you. Enjoy the private pool that accommodates the eight condos in the building. The Las Residencias Villas include a private swimming pool and patio lounge area directly in front of the units, two lighted tennis & pickle ball courts, convenient parking access, and just foot steps away are the restaurants, bars, spa, beach club, and the world famous Cabo Real golf course.
The 3 bedroom includes 12 rounds of golf per week on any of Questro’s 3 courses (Cabo Real, Puertos Los Cabos, and Club Campestre San Jose), with only a $25 cart fee per person charged. On courses where an all-inclusive food & beverage plan is included (currently only Puerto Los Cabos), there is an additional $25 fee ($45 total per person). Additional rounds can be purchased at a discount. The golf alone is worth $4,000.00
