The garden and pool areas are shared with other guests and visitors. Events such as photo shoots and tequila tastings can be held during your stay.
PARKING:
There is one parking spot in the home. Also there is street parking available at the premises.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Merida to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy. Unless the property is rented for that purpose such as ice breakers, bachelorette, weddings etc. Only with previous agreement.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests are only eligible to rent if at least one member of their party is of legal age, as defined by local laws. Proof of age will be required at check-in. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation without a refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4 PM and check-out time is prior to or at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out in stays shorter than a month. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. *Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature maximum at 23°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
