This is not a condo or a "guest house" ...complete privacy...you get the whole house! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home has been decorated and appointed to provide you with a truly wonderful Arizona experience! Sleeps 6. All bedroom's have flat screen TV's. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large walk in closet. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen space allow plenty of room to stretch out. Two additional bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom make this a perfect place for couples and families. (NOTE: DUE TO ALLERGIES, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Please do not inquire if you have pets. Thank you!) Every attention to detail has been considered, from the comfortable furnishings, the gorgeous brand new kitchen, the surround sound entertainment system to the patio and fire pit area, to create a place for you to relax, unwind and enjoy! We have taken great pride in furnishing this home for our guests and guarantee that you can trust the photos on this site to be accurate. Located 2 doors away from a park and playground on a quiet cul de sac. The Val Vista Lakes community boasts many 5 star amenities such as a junior sized Olympic "heated" pool, a tropical lagoon pool with a white sand beach, hot tub, outdoor tennis, fitness center and indoor racquet ball courts. (**UPDATE: The clubhouse amenities are currently closed to our short term guests due to Covid19**) Many walking trails wind throughout the community with scenic views of the neighborhood's lakes and parks. Gilbert is centrally located with many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and golf close by. Dana Park is minutes away for dining, happy hour & shopping! Only 10 minutes away is the San Tan mall, AZ Ice, Harkins Theater , Top Golf and The Main Event!! This place is a wonderful "home base" location should you wish to experience some of the tourist attractions Arizona is famous for.....such as The Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, Tucson, Canyon de Chelly, Kartchner Caverns and Lake Powell. If you want to stay closer to home, take a day trip! Pack a lunch and visit one of our local favorites, Canyon Lake. You will love the desert scenery this water filled canyon has to offer.
