Summary: Reins are actually quite nice. However, elevator is out of order and has apparently been out of order for months. meaning, you’re hauling all your own bags up and down multiple flights of stairs from underground parking lot to upper floors. Total drag. Also, this hotel is owned by parent company Best Western, meaning, the “free” breakfast is awful. You’re much better off spending a little money and walking across the street to Tian’s Dim Sum for an authentic chinese breakfast. You’re in Chinatown after all, so why not? But… rooms are great and will stay here again IF they ever fix elevator. Which at the rate they’re going, could be months or even years.
