Summary: This property is located right on the main highway and the noise is terrible. It is outside of the gated community with sliding glass doors all the way across the downstairs. The kitchen is horrible with the only counterspace being the center island. The kitchen sink is stuck in a hole and you bang your head on the cabinet Trying to reach in or wash anything with no place to put the things you’ve washed and with no lighting, you can’t even see the dishes washed. The coffee maker was a Nescafé pod coffee maker, which I could never get to work. Pans were filthy, and I had to wash them to use them . The marble cutting board on the center island was stuck from all of the previous spills that were not cleaned up. Both showers leaked onto the bathroom floor and there’s absolutely no storage. However, the very worst thing was we were 10 days without any air conditioning in the master bedroom! It was obvious they knew the air conditioner was not working because they had placed a fan in the bedroom. When we spoke to the property owner and asked for a refund, she said no. We told her our review was not going to be good. Her reply was, I don’t care because I don’t need the money. Oh, and the only TV is in the master bedroom and you better have a Roku. Also no maid service. We would never recommend this place.
