This professionally managed, recently remodeled, beautifully furnished, private and safe rental home is centrally located in North Arlington between Dallas and Ft. Worth. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms sleeping up to 18 people comfortably in beds/fold out couch and 6+ additional people on deluxe air mattresses and cots. All beds have complete bedding. It's perfect for a corporate rental, professionals, executives, event management, vacations, family reunions, scrap booking getaways, ministry retreats, etc. ANY BOOKING REQUESTS LESS THAN 31 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ONLY STAYS OF 31 DAYS OR GREATER WILL BE CONSIDERED. The house also features a recently remodeled gourmet kitchen, living room, bar and coffee nook (with coffee makers and coffee), and game room with hardwood and tile floors, hot tub room, back patio with a fire pit, and 3 car garage. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a smooth top convection range. There is bar seating on both sides of the kitchen in addition to the kitchen and dining room tables. There are 2 master bedrooms offering king-sized beds and large screen, wall-mounted, cable televisions. There are 2 bedrooms offering queen-sized beds. The bunk bed room has 2 sets of triple bunk beds securely bolted into the wall studs, which is perfect for sleeping 6 children or even adults (weight limit is 250 lbs). The game room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Deluxe air mattresses and cots are located in the master closet in case you have more than 16 in your group. Additional sheets, towels, and pillows are located in the hall linen closet. Extra blankets can be found in bedroom closets. The house is located minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, banks, and shopping. The following are all within a few minutes' drive: AT&T Stadium (Cowboys, multi-purpose stadium), Rangers Ball Park, Dallas Mavericks, City of Dallas, City of Ft. Worth, Lone Star Park (horse racing) and Epic Waters Indoor Water Park, both in Grand Prairie, American Airlines Center (multi-purpose arena), Historic Ft. Worth Stockyards, Dallas Arboretum, Dallas and Fort Worth Zoos, and countless museums just to name a few. Other Features: Laundry room with washers/dryers, iron, child booster seat, keypad entrance, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, BBQ grill, outdoor patio seating with pillows (9), fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
