Situated on the 6th Floor , the top residential floor of Corona del Sol , this condo is a well decorated and updated. The unit is a 2 BR/2BA home with a garage. As you enter the unit, you see a bank of sliders/glass stretching the width of the unit with views of the Sea of Cortez. The location affords fantastic views of both the Sea of Cortez and the complex. Located in the Las Conchas beach area, it is about a 5 minute walk to the private beach on the Sea of Cortez. Las Conchas beach, usually sparsely populated, is a more relaxing environment than other beach locations. The condo features a primary bedroom with a king bed and access via a slider to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a desk, if you work remotely! The living room and formal dining room are pinnacle in this open floor plan. The living room has an "L" shaped sectional sofa with a tv that streams American TV. The Dining Room offers a wonderful place to enjoy a great meal and the view. The kitchen area has a large eat in bar, with bar stools for a casual meal on the granite counter tops. You will see the stainless appliances that are dramatic against the black and grey toned granite tops. The refrigerator is connected to a RO water line. The sliders in the great room and the Primary bedroom open to the large balcony, which is tiled and private. It is a perfect place to start the day with coffee to enjoy the morning or a cocktail to complete the day!
The kitchen stocked with dinnerware, cookware, baking, appliances and kitchen tools. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The common areas include two swimming pools, jacuzzi, palapas with BBQ grills, sand volleyball court and Gym.. The unit is air conditioned with ceiling fans in the living room and bathrooms, includes WIFI . This unit is a NO SMOKING UNIT so no smoking anywhere inside or out and the HOA does not allow tenant pets. This unit is only available for a long term lease during Jan, Feb and March. The owner will consider less than a 3 month rental but, but if less than 3 months, a premium will be added to the rent. Electricity cost will be added to the rent. The owner is a licensed real estate agent in AZ, he will write an AZ lease agreement for the term. A deposit of $2000 will be required for security deposit and a $250 departure cleaning fee.
