This cute condo has a recent interior update is 2023 and has everything you need for your comfort. Large King bed, Comfy living room furniture, new stainless appliances, new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, large rain showerhead, and new stack washer and dryer. Perfect for people traveling together with another couple as there is a condo in that same building on the third floor managed by Blue Creek Cabins. You will love the easy river access down below for swimming, fishing, tubing, and more. Enjoy quick and easy access to ALL of what Helen GA has to offer, Golf, Games, Food, Bars, Festhalle, and so much more. This Condo is perfect for those wanting to stay right downtown, park your car for FREE and spend the rest of your time site seeing and having fun.
