Summary: We had booked here last minute due to an issue at our first reservation (which was booked 6 months prior). Booked a 2 bedroom suite for myself, husband and 2 kids. The mattresses in both beds were uncomfortable and loud. The shower floor was soft, feeling like we could fall through at any point. The AC in the front room (by the pool) didn’t fully work and only- it would only blow on fan. We went to turn on the mini split, however as soon as we turned it on- we could see that it was filled with mold… explaining why my kids were coughing all throughout the nights. We explained the situation to the man at the front desk and he was very understanding and apologized and moved us to another room. This was a 2 double bed room- had more space than the 2 bedroom suite, beds were much more comfortable and didn’t squeak with every movement. The only thing was when we moved into the room, the coffee maker had old coffee sitting in it- making me wonder how well do all of these room actually get cleaned. The man at the front was very polite and respectful and seems to be doing pretty much everything there- always saw him taking trash out, cleaning up by the pool, taking laundry out. We appreciate him helping us and switching the rooms for us!
