****Rocky Point is open again! You do need to bring and wear your mask inside public spaces. You do not need to wear them outside in Laguna Shores. You will be provided with updated guidelines when you arrive. As of 9/16/2020 all restaurants and bars in the city are open until 12 am. At that time everybody needs to go home to their vacation spot
Our Calendar is always up to date. Please provide us with the mobile phone used for travel. We will need to speak with you in order to confirm your reservation. NO pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
*Note* The ocean recedes way out in Cholla Bay at lower tides.* It may be 5 miles away during the day. Also the big beautiful infinity pool is not heated so it is not comfortable to swim during the cold half of the year.*
This is a Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It is nicely furnished with sleeping for 7 people. With the newer highway you are 10 to 15 minutes from the Sandy Beach Hotels and a little farther to gas stations and groceries.
- The 5800 sq ft infinity pool looks out over the Sea of Cortez at Laguna Shores Resort.

Fitness Center
- Use the treadmills and a free weights at the Laguna Shores Resort Fitness Center while you look out over the Sea of Cortez.
Estuary
- To the north of Laguna Shores Resort is an estuary teeming with wildlife and azure winding waterways. Enjoy the wildlife during low tide and kayak in the area during high tide.
On site restaurant
- Infusion del Golfo is a new restaurant located within Laguna Shores Resort, it was inaugurated on March 23, 2019, in charge of this new and wonderful restaurant is the talented Chef Tony Acuña who shares his vision of simple ingredients to create what the chef call sincere cuisine, he offers a unique option in Puerto Peñasco of organic and seasonal ingredients with a changing menu that only offers the freshest products.

- The Cigar Bar is a great place for people to enjoy a smoke in a temperature and ventilated controlled relaxed environment.
Kayaking
- Kayak out into the Sea of Cortez and spot dolphins and possibly sea lions (kayaks offered to renters and owners at no charge).

- Play tennis on our artificial turf tennis court or shoot hoops on the basketball hoop court.
There are a few charcoal grills in the common area between the condo and the ocean. We do not provide charcoal, so please bring it with you if you plan on grilling. If you cannot bring it, you can buy it at the Super Ley in town.

-Manny's beachfront restaurant bar -Newly renovated with games and a swimming pool. (not heated)
-Kaffeehaus (coffee house) amazing breakfast at a great price cooked by the German and Mexican owners. (if you don't mind waiting for a table to open up)
-Boobar Cantina A second floor bar with swings for seats.
-pick up some fresh shrimp or fish under the Boobar at the fish market. (good luck trying to find a steak to grill with it anywhere in town.)
In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.

There is a limit of 7 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 7 adults at any time.
