Our home is a peaceful and joyful oasis in the midst of a very desirable and lively neighborhood of Guadalajara. This neighborhood is great for working or relaxing, or a little bit of both.
Our house has two bedrooms. One room has a double bed with a bathroom across the hall, and the other is the master bedroom with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Off the master bedroom is a small garden with a tiled fountain and a woven hammock. Also in the home are two sofa beds, and a desk to accommodate any remote work needs. A comfortable living room is at the front of the house and is decorated in a tasteful modern Mexican fashion; it is a breath of fresh air and is always an inviting place to read a book or take a nap. The spacious dining room is close at hand and easily seats six. A practical and roomy kitchen connects to the living room and is soaked in sunlight year round. Up the spiral staircase is a delightful rooftop lounging area with several Acapulco chairs and plenty of potted cactuses, a perfect spot to stretch in the morning, get some sun during the day, or to wind down in the evening with a fire and a glass of wine.
Parking is never a problem because below the home is a gated parking spot for one SUV or two small economy size vehicles.
With an abundance of coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants of many different kinds at a walking distance, it is the perfect place to get a feel for Mexico's rich, colorful, and tasty culture. We invite you to enjoy Casa Colomos for as long as you’d like to stay.
