Needing a place to stay while exploring the area? La Rosa is the most spacious of our four guest quarters. Built in 2021 it features a modern look, a queen size bed and a sofa bed with built-in reading lights, two custom closets and a large private patio with outdoor seating.

From the street entry you walk through an outdoor garden with a fountain, past the "Salon" common area where you can relax with the sound of running water in the background. Enter your apartment from a skylight corridor featuring custom artwork with hand painted murals.

Guest Access:
Guest will access a common door to the building which we will provide you an access code. Keys for your suite will be located inside in a keybox. Instructions will be sent via email and text upon booking.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Chula Vista, a community nestled in the hills away from the noise of Ajijic it is close to restaurants, outdoor cafes, movie theaters, coffee shops, a hospital and grocery stores. Originally built for rich Guadalajara families as a weekend getaway, Chula Vista has been discovered by architects, designers and young families who are renovating older homes into architectural gems. It is part of San Antonio Tlayacapan, a traditional Mexican town with younger businesses, considered by many as the up and coming “New East Ajijic”.
