The unit also has its own brand-new washer and dryer to make things that much easier while you stay. Newly installed tankless hot water on demand so you always have Hot water in the shower! We have just added new upgraded solar panels that provide the entire property with all the power you need in each unit. You will enjoy the views from the newly installed roof top terrace along with private ground floor patio off the kitchen area to sit back and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.
Guests will have full and private access to this main floor guest house. You can enjoy the sitting area by the front door or the full private /fenced in back patio off the kitchen complete with Bbq. We have just added access to the fully covered roof top to go enjoy 360 views of the lake and mountains day and night.
