Positive: Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Very cute retro northern Michigan cottages that the owner has meticulously updated. The property is on shores of beautiful Big Blue Lake and in close proximity to several amazing Lake Michigan beaches. The cottages have everything you need for a comfortable stay, full kitchen amenities, complete with charcoal, lighter fluid and grilling utensils to cook out! We had a welcome basket with waters and snacks, and both a Keurig and drip coffee pot, along with coffee, filters, and creamer. We were able to meet and chat with the owner Mary and she actually showed us some of the additional cabins. Each is unique as far as setup and decor, but all share the same charm. Appliances, cookware and linens are color coordinated - although not necessary, this attention to detail really adds to the experience! Almost forgot to mention, very quick car ride - about 10 minutes, if you're picking up from Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp!
