Casa Catalox is one of the most spacious and illuminated villas that you will find in Riviera Tulum.
We design every corner of our villa so the family can share in each of its spaces but at the same time they can obtain the independence and tranquility they seek during their vacations, feeling as if they were at home.
Upon arrival at the villa you will find a private garage and available parking spaces across the street.
To enter our villa you will have to go through a fabulous door made with Katalox wood, it is a local wood with a fine texture and smooth polished finish, which makes it a valuable ornamental wood, we named the house Casa Catalox after this beautiful piece of wood.
When you enter into Catalox house you will find the following layout:
Ground Floor:
A room that has an independent entrance from the outside if you want to use it, an extra large king size bed, a walk in closet with its hangers, a private bathroom with shower and luxury finishes, air conditioning and a Smart TV.
Then outside, find the living room of the house with its smart TV, a very comfortable family sofa, air conditioning and the kitchen with its dining room with a seat for 7 people and all the necessary implements to make your stay comfortable and pleasant.
Large windows through which light penetrates throughout the day and a glass door that when opened makes the terrace that leads to the pool blend perfectly with the living room of the house.
In the pool area we leave you a half bath and an outdoor shower.
the pool has an integrated jacuzzi and is an area that enjoys many hours of sunshine during the day.
Second floor:
Going up the illuminated Katalox stairs to the second floor you will find on your left hand side looking at the pool our master bedroom, with a double walking closet, a very spacious bathroom with double sinks (for her and for him), a extra large king bed with air conditioning split.
Leaving this room you can go to the second bedroom on the second floor, which has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a balcony so large that you can practice yoga in the morning, meditate at the sunrise, sunbathe or just read a book. That room also has its own walk-in closet and private bathroom with luxury finishes.
Between these two rooms you will find a small living room with a sofa bed and a window that gives light and freshness to this entire floor.
Terrace
You will find our terrace on the third floor, the ideal space to lie down to sunbathe, share a romantic night under the light of the stars or simply the ideal spot to organize a private dinner with a private chef.
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no shared areas in the villa, as it is completely private.
We give our guests absolute independence, although we are always here if they need our assistance.

In each room you will find: bed linens, 2 sets: bath towels and in a basket in the kitchen area 1 game towel for each guest.
