Casa Tres Vistas is a 3 bed, 3.5 bath luxury Mexican villa with pool, expansive terrace, lovely ocean views, & sleeps six guests. The house is located on Gringo Hill above Sayulita Plaza. The home is positioned to view the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west, ocean & town to the north. A 5-minute walk to the Plaza provides access to Sayulitas best restaurants and activities!
Casa Tres Vistas (House of the Three Views) is located on Gringo Hill above the Sayulita Plaza. The home is uniquely positioned to view the jungle to the south, sunsets to the west and ocean and town to the north. This beautiful property is completely enclosed and private from neighbors and the street. A five minute walk to the beach and town provides access to all of Sayulitas best restaurants and activities (although we do recommend renting a golf cart for your stay if you are not up for the partial uphill walk home). Casa Tres Vistas is the perfect oasis of tranquility and peace after a day of mixing with the locals and turistas.
Contemporary furniture combined with Mexican Artwork details the entire villa. Each of the three bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on second level and looks down at the pool space from its own outdoor sitting area. The two main floor bedrooms are separated by the living and dining area. There is also a half bath conveniently located on the main floor.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those inspired to cook, private chefs are also a great option for a fun night in without the stress of cooking and cleaning! The water in the kitchen sink is filtered and safe for drinking and cooking.
From the living and dining room area, large iron doors open wide to the lovely pool terrace creating an exquisite spaciousness. Casa Tres Vistas is indoor-outdoor living at its best! The outdoor terrace features an outdoor grill and bar area, artistically designed outdoor shower, and a newly constructed palapa and dining area (2022). Put some fresh fish on the barbeque, take a dip in the pool, be refreshed by the warm evening breezes, and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from this breathtaking spot….It is paradise!
