Living Room has new recliner and new sleeper sofa/futon and new paint. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and plenty of storage. Roomy bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. All utilities and wireless internet is included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. East facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, umbrella shade and dining. Full laundry in the back patio shed. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). Cleaning fee is $100.
Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping.
