This beautiful custom home is located in Caldera Springs adjacent to Sunriver. This 3,600 square foot home was completed in 2014 and offers all the amenities for your family to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect. Luxury and exquisite craftsmanship along with designer furnishings and ample gathering spaces make this the perfect home for large families, reunions, retreats and special get-a-ways. With 4 Master Suites and a large Bunk/Bonus room this house sleeps 12 comfortably. In 2025 this home was updated even further with new carpet, paint and many new furniture and art pieces.
The main level has a large great room with vaulted ceilings; a large leather sectional sofa and two chairs provide adequate seating. A large 60'' flat screen TV and gas fireplace makes for the perfect setting for gatherings day or night. Enjoy playing games or cards on the game table. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight with a 36'' 6 burner gas cook-top, double ovens, microwave and 2 dishwashers. In addition, the large granite island has bar stool seating for 4. The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, cookware, utensils, toaster and coffee maker for all your everyday needs. The large dining area has seating for 14.
The laundry room includes a bench for shoe storage and coat hooks, a washer and dryer and closet stocked with towels, toilet paper, and iron. The two-car garage is heated and has a full size Ping-Pong table.
The main level also has two of the primary suites. The first primary suite (1) is beautifully furnished with a King size bed and elegant bedding, vaulted ceilings, s ceiling fan, large walk in closet, large windows and French doors to access the patio to the hot tub area. The adjoining bathroom has double sinks, a tub and a tile shower. The second main level Master Suite (2) has a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, walk in closet and a private bathroom with a tiled shower/tub stall.
The upper level of the home has two more generous sized Suites (3) and (4). Each room has beautiful designer furniture, king and queen sized beds, nightstands and dressers along with sitting chairs. Rooms have comfortable bedding and are tastefully accessorized. Each room has a private bath with full size tub/shower and granite slab counters.
Last but not least is the Bunk/Bonus room. This room is so much fun. It includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, which can sleep up to 6 people. A pull out sleeper couch gives you extra sleeping space or a place to sit while having fun watching a movie on the 60'' TV or playing video games on the XBOX 360. Kids can also find entertainment in the room with a full size Foosball table. The bonus room has its own private bathroom which provides a private locked off toilet/shower area and a separate sink area to make it accessible to a few users at the same time.
Additional amenities include hairdryers, iron, vacuum, outdoor furniture, Hot Tub for 6 people and built-in gas BBQ.
