A Chica model home, Casa 367 is equipped with two bedrooms with two king size beds, two baths (both with double sinks, with one bathtub upstairs) and a leather sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining room has table seating for six, as does the courtyard.
All bedrooms and living room have independent AC and ceiling fans. The casa is served by two separate, high speed WiFi routers. The living room smart TV provides access to your steaming services and your streaming devices. There is a built-in safe for your use. All linens and towels are provided, as are all kitchen dishes, etc.
