In this 1500 square feet basement guest suite, there is 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom accessed by stairs with private laundry with stackable washer/dryer and fully furnished kitchen for home cooking and indoor gatherings. A dartboard is also added for your enjoyment and suitable for all ages.
Fenced backyard with a grove of trees lined on the western side that create the perfect oasis. In addition, there is a covered patio with outdoor patio furniture for stormy days or getting out of the heat of the sunny summer days. A Blackstone BBQ within the patio with all tools equipped to enjoy outdoor cooking no matter the weather or time of year.
Other outdoor amenities include an onsite playground as well as trampoline for guests that have children staying, firepit for keeping warm or enjoying memorable treats around the fire with the outdoor furniture provided, and a hot tub underneath a gazebo to allow privacy & shade.
