Willis Point is a small rural community located on the Saanich Peninsula. The house is located a mere 20 minutes drive from Victoria, Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, and Victoria International Airport. A vehicle is needed to get around the area.

Bedrooms: 4
Primary: located upstairs, features a king bed, walk- in closet, ceiling fan, A/C, and an ensuite with his and hers sinks, and a glass enclosed shower.

Second Bedroom: located upstairs, queen bed, ceiling fan and views of the back yard.

Third Bedroom: located upstairs, queen bed. This room as 2 desks for guests working mobile. There is a tower fan.

Fourth Bedroom: located on the main floor of the house, fitted with a queen bed. This room features large windows and a view of the backyard.

The commercial style kitchen is a cooks dream, it features a professional style fridge/freezer, a gas stove, and an electric stove, and ample counter and cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and cooking meals. The dining room offers seating for 6 people. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and sugar.

Just off the kitchen is a family room with a wood burning stove. Guests are welcome to enjoy a fire during their stay; Duraflame logs must be used/burned when operating the wood stove. They are quick and easy to light, environmentally friendly, and clean burning. Please do not use "firewood" or wood debris from the property, this is a potential safety hazard. For the summer months, this room features a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

The living room is a grand open space with vaulted ceilings, cedar encased skylights, and picture windows that fill the space with natural light. The windows show case the serene back yard and west coast nature. Relax on the two oversized contemporary couches - while enjoying the warmth from the stone fireplace.

Willis Point neighbourhood offers excellent hiking and biking trails. Discover secret water falls, lush green forests and an extensive rocky shoreline rich with marine life. Many parks and beaches are nearby: Lowland Tod Provincial Park, Mount Work Regional Park and Durrance Lake Regional Park. Enjoy a picnic lunch and trips to Durrance Lake and the Saanich Inlet for swimming.

This is not a pet friendly home.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

On the day of arrival, guests will receive a custom door code.

There is designated guest parking in the driveway; 3 vehicles maximum. No parking on the street.
