Beautiful river side town house with it's own dock for private boat rental pickup or for some sport fishing. Facing the river you have your own private patio with furniture and a charcoal grill if you get lucky fishing or you find something special at the market. Inside on the first floor there is a dining room and living room fully furnished with a bar and a tv for watching a movie after a long day at the beach. The Kitchen is nice and open with plenty of counter space for cooking or making drinks with an adjacent laundry room. The house also has three full bathrooms one for coming back from the beach and two upstairs. The master has it's own private balcony and bath with a king bed. The second guest room also has a king bed with the third room being a office space with a pullout couch.
We live in a gated neighborhood accompanied by beautiful houses that line the river making for a great morning walk. If you want to hop on the two bicycles that we provide or want stretch you legs a little more we are five minutes away from the bike path lining the beach, shopping centers, bars, and the Hard Rock hotel among others with fun events every night.
