The Space:
Our stunning home underwent a renovation in January & February 2025, featuring a brand-new kitchen and fully remodeled bathrooms. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 pristine bathrooms, the home accommodates up to 16 sun-seeking guests. Whether traveling with family or friends, our expansive home provides a serene escape where contemporary style meets coastal comfort. The added convenience of free Wi-Fi and the warm welcome extended to small dogs (for a nominal fee) elevates your stay to a delightful home-away-from-home experience.
Our digitally secured front door will usher you into a sun-drenched living and dining room, tastefully redesigned to radiate a fresh, inviting ambiance. With its lofty vaulted ceiling, dual plush couches, a large SmartTV, and a rustic farm-style dining table, this space effortlessly entwines comfort and style.
Journey through to our completely renovated galley-style kitchen, a delight for culinary enthusiasts. Featuring brand-new modern cabinetry, updated countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances, the kitchen is designed for efficiency and elegance, making meal preparation a breeze. Our comprehensive collection of cookware and dinnerware ensures you have everything needed for a fantastic dining experience.
Meander down the hall to our generously sized bedrooms. The serene master suite offers a resplendent king bed, intricate built-in shelves, a cozy sitting area with a SmartTV, and a luxuriously renovated ensuite bathroom—a sanctuary of restful repose. Our additional bedrooms continue to offer generous space, three fitted with comfortable queen beds, while the final room is an idyllic retreat for children, outfitted with two twin-over-full bunk beds.
Two brand-new, fully remodeled bathrooms are at your disposal, ensuring everyone can prepare for the day without delay.
Outside, our secluded backyard serves as your personal outdoor oasis. Enclosed for your privacy, it comes complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and comfortable patio furniture—the perfect setting for alfresco dining or evening relaxation under the Corpus Christi stars.
HOUSE RULES
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.
Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
