This modern home on 2 acres is 5 minutes to Speelyai Bay, Lake Merwin, and Yale Lake. Enjoy an amazing getaway to the lakes, forests, and waterfalls in the surrounding area. This house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The private master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms located on the opposite side of the home share a bathroom that is located in the hallway. One bedroom includes a full bed and the other has a twin mattress on a daybed. The couch is oversized and very comfortable to sleep on. 6 people can sleep comfortably. You are welcome to have 8 guests if communicated when booking. All cookware can be utilized, full kitchen and amenities. Each room has wall heaters. The main heating and cooling system is in the living room/dining room.
