The large, well-shaded yard has mature pecan trees in front and back, a gas grill, and a patio with a gas fire pit. Located in the charming town of Stonewall, just 15 minutes from Fredericksburg, it sits in the HEART of Texas Hill Wine Country, close to Becker Vineyards, Pedernales Cellars, and Grape Creek Vineyards! This area is known for star-gazing skies!
Situated on over 2.5 acres, this spacious combo unit is just off the 290 Wine Trail. The main house was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers a large kitchen with marble countertops, 2 dining areas, 3 traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the Gameroom with doors for full privacy as a bedroom. The farmhouse theme inside matches the cows that may wander up to the back fence or the neighboring chickens. The guesthouse is a cozy, studio-size space, and includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a dining space, and a kitchenette outfitted with a mini-frig, microwave oven, and a coffee maker. Outside the front door is also an inviting courtyard/sitting area that’s a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage in the evening!
At the end of the day when the air cools a bit, saunter out to the backyard with your friends or loved ones and enjoy the inviting fire pit with your favorite glass of jammy wine, or fire up the BBQ grill and prepare a deliciously memorable meal!
