The Space:
The Penthouse is built on two floors, the 3rd and the 4th of the building, which has a hydraulic elevator. It has FIBER OPTIC with +200 Mbps download and +110 Mbps upload speed.
The main floor consists of: sitting and the dinning area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom, and balconies surrounding the entire perimeter of the Penthouse. Wherever you look out the window, you can see the Ocean, the calm waters of the Gulf of México.
All the furniture is solid wood, and all furnishings and decorations are the highest quality on the local market
The upper floor consists of a spacious and cosy Rooftop with a private Jacuzzi, a half bathroom and offers breathtaking Ocean views. The Rooftop is fully furnished and the furnishings include a BBQ, a shaded bar, shaded lounging area, sunny tanning area.
Having a bubble bath in the Jacuzzi, while watching the dramatic Yucatán sunset and enjoying a very cold cocktail will make you feel like the King of the world.
Guest Access:
Our guests shall have access to all the rooms and all the common areas, that include: the two swimming-pools, the gym, the Kids' Club, the video room, the office room, the shop, the swing bar, the wooden deck, the kids playground.
Two kayacks and the needed accessories are included with your booking.
A jet ski could be rented for the price of 1,500 pesos per hour or 5,000 pesos for all day, to be organized with your Concierge.

The Neighborhood:
Playa San Benito is a remote location, so make sure you rent a car. The Complex is located in a 100% residential area with exquisite properties.
Other Things to Note:
**A NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE was started in March, 2023, about 500 metres South-West of this Complex. They have all the legal permits which allows them to work until 8PM, but not at the weekends. Sometimes there will be construction noises, which we cannot control or stop. Thank you for your understanding.**
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. 5 kWh/day is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.** The Guests shall pay the extra consumption of electricity at cost, based on the 2 readings of the electricity meter.
