When we acquired this home, we wanted it be a place that people can come to have a great time. That is why we put so much into the backyard. We have added some amazing things you're going to love. Because this house is about having FUN and building MEMORIES!

Our property rests in north Phoenix at the edge of Phoenix Sonoran Preserve allowing for spectacular scenery and views of the Sonoran Hills. Just four minutes away from Lookout Mountain Golf Club and the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in north central Phoenix, this marvelous home is in a prime location close to major freeways that provide access to downtown, shopping centers in north Scottsdale, and major sports arenas. This home is an excellent choice for family entertaining, and extended vacations.
The price listed is for full access to the main house which sleeps up to 12 guests. The House has three King beds, one Queen bed, one full bed and a set of bunk beds.
If you have between 12 and 20 guests, you can add on the Casita which sleeps up to 8 guests. The casita has one Queen bed, one Full bed, one pull out Sofa and a set of bunk beds. The Casita is currently $380 per night. (As of February 1, 2024, the Casita nightly rate will be $456). The cleaning fee for the Casita is $150 per stay.
If you have between 21 and 24 guests, you can add on the Apartment which sleeps up to 4 guests. The Apartment has two Queen beds. The Apartment currently rents for $195 per night. (January-March, 2024, the Apartment nightly rate will be $234). The cleaning fee for the Apartment is $100 per stay. Apartment can be only added as an option if the casita is over capacity.
There will be a daily fee to heat the pool if desired during the colder months. The price will depend on the current market price of propane and usage amount.
DOGS ARE PERMITTED WITH OWNER PRE-APPROVAL ONLY - ONCE APPROVED, THE FEE CAN BE NEGOTIATED... IF ANY PETS ARE BROUGHT WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL, THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE
