The third level at Playa Vista is where you'll find the main living and dining area. Comfortable furnishings surround a large Smart TV, ready for movie nights. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and indulgent kitchen amenities including a wine cooler, free-standing ice maker, and a Smart TV.
