Amazing space for a getaway w/ friends or family. You'll have this entire property to yourselves w/ exclusive access to the pool, jacuzzi, garden w/ ocean views, gas grill & wet bar. The sleeping quarters are 3 independent studio villas, each with private entrance, King bed, and private bathroom. There's also a full kitchen so you can cook while you're here. Located in a private, gated community near the beach & 10 minute drive to downtown Rosarito, restaurants, Papas & Beer, etc.
Located in an exclusive gated community right outside of Rosarito, with ocean views from a hill overlooking the ocean. This brand new complex is ideal for spending quality time with friends or family--you'll have the entire place to yourselves, including the pool and jacuzzi.
There are 3 independent studio villas, each with private entrances and private bathrooms. Each villa was professionally decorated with high end touches and your comfort in mind and includes a comfortable King bed, a seating area, Smart TV (so you can stream Netflix, etc.). Watch the sunsets from the garden bar, and cool off in the pool on a hot day. The outdoor grill is ideal for a barbecue, and the local carniceria sells everything you'll need to grill. There's a full kitchen (indoors) with full size refrigerator, stove, counter space, and indoor dining table.
This is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The garden is a peaceful oasis, and you're just up the street from a sandy beach. Drive to downtown Rosarito in 10-minutes--this is a convenient location right off the toll road.
A few things you should know to make sure this is the right place for you:
-The jacuzzi is heated, but the pool is not.
-This is a quiet residential community, and quiet hours begin at 10pm so no music or screaming is allowed past that time. We do not allow bands or events.
-This property is located a 10-minute drive from downtown Rosarito, Papas 'n Beer, etc. There are no restaurants, bars, or stores within walking distance.
-The base rate is for smaller groups. There is an additional fee for each guest over 4 people. Maximum of 8 people allowed. One of the villas has a sleeper sofa, so 4 people can sleep in that room with 2 on the King bed & 2 on the sleeper sofa. Please reserve for the correct number of guests as we don't allow outside visitors and strictly enforce our policies re. # of guests.
You'll have exclusive access to 3 studio villas, each with its own private bathroom. The entire space is private for your group only, including outdoor gas grill & sink; pool & jacuzzi; garden with ocean view; outdoor seating, and kitchen.
I live nearby & am easy to reach by phone or text if you have questions, need local recommendations, or if anything comes up.
This complex is located in the gated community of Rancho del Mar, off the toll road 10 minutes north of downtown Rosarito. The community is on a hill with views of the ocean--it's quiet, safe & secure but also a close drive to downtown Rosarito. Near the beach and beautiful hills.
It's most convenient to drive here because there are no restaurants within walking distance. There are some great places that will deliver food, which we're happy to share with you. Taxis & Uber are also good options--please reach out if you have questions about transportation.
We have portable propane heaters that we offer on an optional basis if you would like to stay extra warm. There is an additional $20 fee per heater for this amenity in order to fill the propane tanks.
This rental consists of 3 separate bedrooms, each with private entries & private bathrooms. There is also a kitchen, pool, jacuzzi & yard.
The day before your check-in, I'll send you directions & info about how to access the property.
# of Guests
Please be sure you have included the correct number of guests on your reservation. If you are found with additional guests on the property, you will be charged double the normal extra person fee for each additional guest. Same with pets--if you are bringing a pet, please be sure it is reflected on your reservation. You can modify your reservation to include a pet or to change the number of guests any time.
Accessing the Community:
The rental is located in a private gated community. The security will ask for an ID when you enter & they'll give you a parking permit. You can ask for your ID back each time you leave if you like.
To Unlock the Front Door:
Use the 4 digit code I send out with your check-in instructions & hit the Kwikset button after the 4-digit code.
To Unlock the Individual Units:
I'll also send out the instructions re. how to open each individual unit with your check-in instructions. Two of the units use codes & the third uses a key that will be left inside the unit.
Pool:
The pool is not heated. If it needs cleaning or service during your stay, please let me know. Pool hours are 8am-10pm.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with the basics--refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender & basic cooking equipment. If you plan to cook something that requires specialty cooking tools, you might consider bringing them.
Beach Access:
You can access the beach right at the bottom of the hill that leads to the community of Rancho del Mar. I often walk down there with my kids, but it's a long walk & you have to walk over the bridge that people exit the highway from. You can also drive down & park in the dirt lot. There are steps that lead to the beach. If you're looking for surf, drive 1 highway exit north to Baja Malibu--it's a well-known surf spot. And if you're looking for music, food, and horse-riding, you should head to downtown Rosarito. You can park at the Rosarito Beach Hotel (they validate if you buy some food or drinks), walk through the hotel & you'll get to the beach.
Quiet Hours:
This is a residential community, and out of respect for our neighbors we ask that you keep the noise down after 10pm.
