This bi-level, modern townhome is in a great location just 4 short blocks to the beach. The entire house is decorated in earth tones and bathed in natural sunlight providing a soothing yet also invigorating space to spend time depending on the time of day. The bedrooms feature ample closet space and there are two dedicated workspaces perfect for the remote worker or student. We provide some complimentary essentials upon arrival (Just note that these are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more): toilet paper, soap, and shampoo.
During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load
We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.
You will be responsible for removing all of your belongings and any trash from the unit that can be placed in the metal barrel bin outside the house. Any food (opened or unopened) that you might want to leave behind can be left in the kitchen. Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. Dishes without food should be left inside the dishwasher. A default will cause a $20.00 USD fine.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
