Private sitting area, BBQ pit and 1/2 bath located by the infinity pool. Unobstructed views of sunrise and sunset. Excellent food just downstairs at Sunset Grill. Walk to Soggy Peso for food and drinks. 5 min golf cart ride to downtown and ferry. Chef available for dining at home. Maximun occupany is 6. ( 4 adults and 2 children).Boutique hotel located next door for overflow guests. Fully permitted for vacation rentals. It’s 4 night minimum unless there are less days between rentals let’s us know your dates has a blow up queen mattress on request.
