The entire building: 1st apartment on ground floor (incl. wheelchair ramp), 2nd apartment above and private roof top with hammock, plunge pool, and BBQ place. There are free parking slots right across the pedestrian street (Calle Itzamná)
Transportation from/to the airport can be scheduled as well (We recommend etransfers service). Cleaning and chef service can be requested with an additional fee depending on party size and duration.
Aldea Zama is the most exclusive residential neighborhood, safe, and close to restaurants and the best beaches on earth. It is right in the middle between Tulum beach and Tulum Pueblo (downtown). Chedraui Selecto supermarket is 5 min away by car or AKI at 8 mins. There are plenty of options to rent bikes if needed, the closest one is at 1 min walking distance in front of Quinto Sol. Others are aldea zama bike rentals, Ola Bike or Tekila Bike and you can order using their app. You can virtually get access to hundreds of restaurants ordering at tomato app (like Uber eats or Rappi)

Effective December 2023, Tulum airport starts operations so you can fly in and take 30 mins to our property instead of 2 hrs from Cancun
While you can always rent a car, some people enjoy Tulum by using bicycles. Everything is 15-20 mins away and breathe fresh and clean air. You can also get around by taxi 24 hrs a day. Uber or Lyft are not in operation on this area. In case you don’t rent a car at the airport, you can take an ADO red bus straight from airport to Tulum bus central. You would normally take 2 hrs.
If you rent a car, it gives you more flexibility to go visit different places anywhere every day without paying taxi fees. It all depends on your plan, budget, and number of guests =)
Casa Koalos is 3 min walking distance away from Fresh Market, local convenience store and 5 min walk from 7 Eleven. Wheelchair access on ground floor apartment. At least there are 10 restaurants at 3-10 min walking distance from the apartment, serving breakfast-lunch-dinner, boxing, pilates, gym, and yoga super close to the property.
Tulum airport is located at 35 mins away from downtown. Opening of New Maya Train or `Tren Maya` took place in Oct 2024. Be the first to use the new service which connects different towns within the Yucatan and Quintana Roo Peninsula

It’s necessary to make a reservation through us at least 1 day before (date, hour, number of people) and up to 15 minutes` lateness will be tolerated.
MAXANAB (Adult only beach club):
* Free access, $500 pesos/person minimum consumption required for the first 4 people, for any extra person (5th or more) there is a minimum consumption of $1000 pesos/person
* The minimum consumption between December and May might change.
* Free parking, beach towels provided
DOS CEIBAS (Family beach club):
* Free access, $500 pesos/bed (space for 2 people) minimum consumption required
* Free parking with photo of your ticket from restaurant in beach club
* Beach towel for an additional charge
House Rules:
Gatherings: Friends and family reunions are welcome, provided they respect the guest capacity and treat the property and its belongings with care. Keep speaker volume at a moderate level (not exceeding 75 dB). Please observe quiet hours at night.
Air Conditioning: Turn off air conditioning when doors or windows are open to prevent condensation and water leakage. Also, ensure the A/C is off when the property is empty.
Prohibited Substances: No drugs are allowed on the property.
Garbage Disposal: Please dispose of garbage in the large trash containers located on Itzamná Street or on the street behind the property.
Parking: Park your car on the public street areas on Itzamná or Kinich Na. Do not park on the pedestrian street.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside the property of on roof top. Please do not throw ashes on the plants.
Pool Use: Do not eat or drink in the pool.
Rooftop Safety: Use plastic glasses on the rooftop to avoid accidents with glass.
Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of neighbors and minimize noise, especially during late hours.
