This unique condo offers a totally different experience for travelers to Playa and the Riviera Maya. You’ll breathe in a fantastic cultural experience of a traditional colonial-style Hacienda and breathe out calm and tranquility while being pampered by all the modern amenities.
All this and one more awesome part of this environment, and one of the most unique things ever at a condo building, a natural freshwater cenote right there on the grounds to enjoy! Cenotes are so unique to the Riviera Maya and you can take a few steps and get in one! Plus the condo complex has an 80 meter-long (262 ft) swimming pool that runs like a lazy river between the condos and gardens of the grounds. This all comes together for a well-rounded dream vacation!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the safe 24/7 gated community called Residencial El Cielo in a beautiful family oriented residential development called Hacienda Escondida with amenities and lush grounds.
- Nice safe residential area to walk, bike or jog around
- Easy access to beach clubs like Le Petite Lafitte Hotel & Beach Club, which offers loungers & sunbeds, use of their pool, etc. in exchange for consumption of food and drink or the trendy Mvngata rooftop beach club and pool — all at Xcalacoco Beach!
- A 7-min drive to downtown Playa del Carmen & the famous 5th Avenue, lined with restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment. This is a pedestrian walk street with tons to see and do!
- Golf nearby in either direction at El Cameleón or Gran Coyote Golf Course

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Renting a car is highly recommended as the condo is about 50 km or 31 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in a gated residential area called Residencial El Cielo, which is a drive from downtown Playa del Carmen. Plus it's much easier to get around the area for day trips when you have a car.
There are taxis available at the back entrance of El Cielo, in front of the Ocean Riviera and Riviera Princess Resorts. This secured access in back is actually closer to the complex than the front entrance so it's a very short walk to get there and taxis are available.
Scooters are also available for daily rental as well. Please contact concierge for further information.

The pool cannot be used after 8pm and we ask you to please refrain from using glass containers around the pool.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV w/ satellite, parking, bed linens, beach and bath towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.
There is a pre-stocking service available to you at an additional charge if you’d like to have the apartment pre-stocked with groceries or other items before your arrival. Just let us know, we can arrange this for you.
A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 MXN per kilowatt. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Please help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not on the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.
For long-term stays (21 nights or more) there is a fee of $50 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Although a car is recommended for this area, if you're not traveling by car, please note, you can always use a taxi service, available a few steps away at El Cielo's back entrance.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed. If you have a special circumstance you’d need to discuss it with the local property management company.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself with the door code at the electronic keypad at the front door.
