The House has its own private steps to the beach and two houses down from the pool & tennis court.
Right in front of the House, there are miles of beach for fishing, surfing, swimming, walking, & watching the dolphins go by.
There is a coffee shop, restaurant, pizza place & a wine bar inside the gated community.
Visit Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda restaurant 20-25 minutes away, or plan a day in Ensenada, Baja, CA or to the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe that's just 45 minutes away.
The House has everything you need to make it your home away from home plus some incredible views to the Coronado Islands.
