Our units are equipped with essential elements and amenities that will allow you to enjoy your stay, such as towels, linens, appliances, and basic kitchen utensils. Cleaning is guaranteed upon your arrival to ensure you feel as comfortable as at home. 1. Mandatory garbage disposal:
All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.
It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.
2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:
Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.
Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.
3. Liability for damage:
Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.
