Approximately 2.2 miles to Churchill Downs in one direction and 1.4 miles from Fourth Street Live in the other direction. Walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Louisville: Buck’s Restaurant has one of the best piano players in town and Edward Lee at 610 Magnolia is a nationally recognized chef. Amici Cafe is also in walking distance and offers more casual Italian dining.
The 1st floor eat-in kitchen is complete with all you need to cook with; coffee maker; complimentary coffee & tea; and grilling utensils. It opens up to a huge, privacy fenced back yard.
