Renters may use the golf cart to go to the Club House for dinner and drinks, the Community Center, or down to the local stores for groceries, banking etc. We have plenty to do nearby without all the traffic and congestion of bigger cities. this home is fully furnished and should meet all your needs, kitchenware, coolers, pickleball racquets, volleyball. Master bedroom has a new Sleep Number I-10 Smart bed with an adjustable base and massager.
