Positive: People like Jorge and housekeeping personal like Julia make this place stand out above all the rest. They go above and beyond, as well as all of the other workers, to make you feel amazing and enjoy your stay. This was our second time staying here and we will probably be back next year. The food is amazing and it is such a casual and easy going atmosphere. It is easy to find a spot to be on the beach and surf boards are just down the street. The workers at the restaurant are the best of the best and the location is perfect. My 14-year-old can’t wait to come back and wants to stay here the entire week next year instead of just a few days before going to Puerto Vallarta. He feels safe here and loves the food and people and surfing. We paid more for the top floor, the ocean view, and I am sure that every room is just as great but the ocean view does ensure that you’re on the top floor with a view. There is a nice sized mini fridge. Sometimes it takes a while to get hot water, but that doesn’t matter to us. We were able to get it 95% of the time. We went into Puerto Vallarta for the rest of our day, and really missed the people here, the attention and the food. We can’t wait to come back!
