Summary: Check in time suppost to be at noon, which is why i decided to stay there. I got there around 1pm and was told that only 1 room was ready and it was the only one without air conditioned and the other rooms will be ready in about 2 hours, i took the available room, on the way there there were lots of flies everywhere, loud music in some rooms and very basic installations. I ended up leaving around 4pm.
