Positive: Close to farmers' market, a variety of shops and restaurants with the beach a short walk away

Negative: Stairs were a bit of a problem for one person, but we were moved to the second floor which was an improvement.

Summary: The owner Marta, was very helpful and had great suggestions about restaurants and places to visit.
