The entrance to Casa de Carolina is adorned by a traditional Mexican patio, beautiful with lush and colorful plantings that offer additional space for peaceful relaxation. Both bedrooms have ocean views. The master bedroom on the east side has a King size bed and a full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a full bathroom. The great room, a spacious area with tasteful decoration, offers a dining table that seats 6, a spacious living room that includes a large comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped (excluding dishwasher) and has the smallest appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The beachside patio runs the length of the house and offers shade and sun; a place for bonfires; two tables to enjoy food and drinks; numerous chairs; a daybed and a panoramic view of the ocean. An outside shower allows rinsing when leaving the beach. The downstairs beach locker offers beach chairs, inflatables, and beach toys. Other amenities include Wi-Fi; Unlimited use of a landline to make local and US calls. Central air conditioning and heating; Ceiling fans, Smart TV and DVD player in the guest bedroom. You will also find access to a washer and dryer in a separate utility room. A grill is provided perfect for cooking the abundant local seafood. High-quality sheets, bath towels, kitchen linen, lots of beach towels, and drinking water are provided. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all holidays. max. occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children (air mattress provided).
