Nueva Escondida is located just a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. Park your car outside the property, and take the convenient shuttles in and out of Centro, available on a schedule for pickup right from your front door. Enjoy quiet and relaxing days with 24-hour gated security, a heated pool, a clubhouse, and gym facilities.

• Shared community facilities include a heated pool, a gym and a pick-up shuttle service in and out of the historic San Miguel Centro.

• Both bedrooms 3 and 4 feature 2 single beds each
• All the bedrooms come with spacious closets for storage, plenty of linens and pillows perfect for all sleepers!
The bathrooms include:
• The bathrooms have oversized mirrors to get ready for a day out exploring the city
• Plenty of clean linens, blow-dryer, three sizes of towels, and the full range of toiletries offered!
The Kitchen includes:
• A fully stocked kitchen ready for all of your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, microwave, range & oven, blender, toaster, and much more
Everything else:
• 24/7 check-in
• Iron, and ironing board
• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours' notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT's Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
For those with cars, the property has a driveway for your vehicle. You can also park a second vehicle on the street right outside the property. If you don't have a vehicle, Nueva Escondida has a free and fast shuttle service that can take you downtown and back to the property. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
