This 3-story house was designed to accommodate a family, big group of friends, or business partners.
Our intention is to provide a huge amount of space to all of our guests with enough amenities to make everybody comfortable and at home.
=The House=
This 3-story townhouse was designed to accommodate a family, big group of friends, or business partners. Our intention is to provide a great amount of space to everyone with enough amenities in order to achieve a comfortable home for all our guests. It is also our vision to become an instrument for families and friends to have wonderful memories together and build a more stronger relationship by staying in our home. To be a place where each person can create a camaraderie among other travelers and discover the beauty of the world and life through exploration.
The whole house is for you and your group. Please read the description & house rules before booking so you are well-informed.
Alarm system is installed within the house and smoke detector alarm for safety.
=The Bedrooms=
This home consists of 3 Bedrooms (2 with King Size beds and 1 with 2 single beds) with installed air conditioner each.
=The Bathrooms=
This home has 1 toilet in each floor which is a total of 3 for the entire house. Toilets in 2nd and 3rd Floors are both toilet + bath while 1 at the ground floor is toilet only.
=The Living Room=
55” Smart TV is available with Netflix account logged in, so you do not need to login your Netflix account or sign-up for it if you don’t have one. This allows our guests to be entertained by having an option to browse shows with English or any other languages to watch as the local TV mostly broadcast Spanish language programs. Sofas are big that could accommodate 6 people watching together in the same space. Air Conditioner is also available in ground level for your comfort.
=The Kitchen=
As our intention is to make our guest feel at home, our kitchen is well equipped. Plates, drinking glasses, utensils, set of knives, pans & pots are available. Gas stove has 6 burners with oven so anyone that loves to cook, and bake is happy. Happy cooking means delicious food!
=The Coffee Corner=
As we personally love coffee, we also like to share this desire to our guests. In one corner of the Kitchen, there is a coffee machine, filter, grounds, and sugar available that our guests can enjoy.
=The Grill=
BBQ griller is available at the front patio and a table for 6 people so everyone can chat and dine while grilling.
=The Internet=
Of course, everyone wants to stay connected wherever we are. We GOT you! A 200Mbps high speed internet link is provisioned dedicated only for the house guests.
=The Laundry Room=
We like to save our guests from hassle in going to the laundry service. The house has big washer available that could load 17kg and a dryer. No extra charges required and all you need is a detergent soap. We provide detergent soap for one wash only. Iron stand and iron is available for our guests to use.
=The Decks=
There is a total of 5 decks in this house. 2 at the ground level, 1 at the 2nd floor, and 2 at the top floor. The intention of having plenty of decks is for each of the guests to have enough options where to chill and relax.
=The Property=
The property consists of 4 Town homes build 2 each side by side. In between of these 4 Town homes is the pool area with 6 lounge chairs and 2 pool umbrellas available that guests can enjoy. We have some floaters available around the pool area but if you need more or for your kids, feel free to let us know.
Gates & electric fences are installed in the entire property to ensure the safety of the everybody.
=The Parking=
The house includes 1 parking space in front of the property. If the guests have more than 1 car, the other car/s can be parked at the side of the street across the property.
=The Location=
The property is just one block away from the 7th street where most of the restaurants, bars, bike and ATV rentals, and convenient stores are located. 2 Kilometer walk to Tulum Centro, and 5 kilometers away from the beach. You don’t need to go all the way to previously known Beach Road (Coba Road) as we are just near to the new access road to the beach which is the Kukulkan Road.
