La Casa de Los Borrachos is a large five-bedroom, two-bath home with many extras amenities and with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy a beautiful vacation with your family in this beautiful home just a few meters from the sea. The main bedroom has a California king bed and a spacious private bathroom with beautiful tile details with a great ocean view, the second master bedroom has a queen bed with an ocean view and a patio, the third bedroom has a double bed. The spacious great room features a fabulous view of the Sea of Cortez, has a wet bar with a sink and full-size refrigerator, a decorative fireplace, lots of seating, Satellite TV, CD, and Wireless internet. The kitchen which is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, food preparation island with sink and disposal, coffee maker, blender, microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a game room with a TV/VCR. Outside amenities include a very large covered porch with lots of furniture and a charcoal barbeque (bring own charcoal)the house has a beautiful patio overlooking the sea of Cortez where you can grill for your family just a few meters from the sea.
Renters have the option of renting the whole 5 bedroom home or may choose to only stay in the first floor (which has 2 bedrooms) or the second (which has 3).
Pets are accepted only with the previous owner's approval. Other comforts include central heat/AC, an outside shower, and fans in all the rooms. Owner requests No Smoking Inside. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum on Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.
