KITCHEN
The open kitchen and breakfast bar overlooks the dining room and living room for a true open concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to make this home feel like your home away from home. From tasteful dishes, silverware, bakeware, and small appliances to wine glasses and wine rack, it is all here.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a comfortable couch, two plush end chairs, and a brand new 50-inch Smart LED TV with a preferred 125+ channel Xfinity TV package and speedy 600 mps wireless internet service throughout the home.
BEDROOMS
The villa features a spacious master bedroom with tray ceiling and a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, dresser and 32-inch TV. Also included in the master bedroom is a large tiled shower, with a walk-in closet, and separate water closet. The second and third bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds, ceiling fans, dressers. There is a pocket door in the hallway creating a second guest suite for guests. There is plenty of space for friends and family. All bedrooms have nice carpet and ceiling fans. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The inside laundry room is complete with a wash sink.
OUTSIDE
Sliding glass doors open from the dining room into the side courtyard with a table and chairs and BBQ grill. The living room opens into a screened lanai, with outside dining table and chairs and with bump out birdcage. Weekly yard service included at no-charge.

This lovely home is centrally located and convenient to everything! If you want to spend your time the ideal location in The Villages then this home is for you. It is close to Brownwood, the newest town square, the beautiful Eisenhower Recreation Center (a must see), Big Cypress Recreation Center, shopping at Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza (with a Publix and Winn Dixie), Evans Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, and Belle Glade Country Club. The community offers several community pools with pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and more! All 31 executive courses and 11 Championship courses are available to you with a temporary resident ID. With your temporary resident ID card, you can play for free on any of the executive courses or pay a nominal fee for the championship courses. A nice Yamaha 2 seat golf cart is included in the rental price!

This home is fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time vacation in comfort with paper goods, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, laundry and dish supplies.
