Luxury 2BR Oceanfront Penthouse right on award winning Chahue Beach in Huatulco. Our 2BR/2.5 bath condo offers spectacular 360 views of beach and mountains, a private rooftop with dining & lounge area, full kitchen, bar, laundry, Smart TV, indoor/outdoor dining areas. Excellent WiFi throughout. The complex, Sueno del Mar, has a semi-olmpic size pool, grill area and patio, full security and a reception. The central location allows guests to enjoy all Huatulco has to offer (by foot, taxi/car).
The space
2-story penthouse (access to condo by common stairs or elevator)
On the main floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen and dining room, a living room with SmartTV and bluetooth speaker, a wine fridge and bar. Two large bedrooms suites (master - king bed, second bedroom - 2 queens), ocean view and balcony, two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the oversized balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a welcoming balcony that overlooks the Sierra Madre mountain range. All areas have a separate A/C unit.
Upstairs landing has a built in desk and mini fridge. The private oversized rooftop has a covered lounge area, half bath and private laundry area. Overlooking the beach and park is a 6-person dining area on the rooftop.
