It has it's own private entrance, outdoor seating, patio, fire pit, as well as covered parking(a big plus in the desert).

The space
Enjoy this open concept studio with huge windows facing the gorgeous Funeral Mountains to the west. This home was fully remodeled in 2025 with both comfort and style in mind. It has multiple outdoor areas to BBQ or watch the stars in our dark skies. We are far from the noise and light pollution of the highways, located on the last paved road on the west side of Amargosa Valley. You'll rarely see a car drive by.
Inside the studio, you'll have all the things we can't live without like high speed WI-FI, cold A/C, a huge smart TV, a full kitchen for cooking, and a king size bed. We provide both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker in our coffee center which is stocked with different flavors, sweeteners, and creamers.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal with a oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, and all standard kitchen utensils.
As with the rest of the home, the bathroom is all new with a large vanity, tub/shower, lighted vanity mirror, makeup mirror and plenty of plush towels.
The home is also stocked with books, games, extra blankets, clothes steamer and more.
Guest access
You'll have access to this unit, covered parking, as well as the laundry room, which is only a few steps away. There is TONS of room to explore outside on the 10 acre property with multiple seating areas.
Other things to note
If you're wanting to stay "off the beaten path", you'll love it here. We're on the last paved road on this side of town. Enjoy beautiful days and quiet nights with the stars. No traffic, no highway noise, no light pollution(things you won't find in Beatty or Pahrump).
We are on 10 acres with plenty of room to explore. This is one of three units on the property. Please be considerate of any other guests.
All of our units have smoke/CO detectors and fire extinguishers for safety.
This is the desert so it can be pretty dusty at times. Bring sunscreen and drink lots of water in summer.
If going to Death Valley we recommend filling your gas tank before you get there, the Alien gas station is much cheaper than you will find in the park. Bring lots of water and have fun!
