The waterfront home features exceptional views from up in cypress tree canopy. There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs (one detached in the "Casita"); 28-foot full sliding doors between great room and huge hardwood deck; a designer kitchen with Thermador, Viking appliances, two dishwashers, and ample sleeping upstairs. The home is great for small family vacations (we DO LIMIT TO 12 people) or corporate retreats. The bedrooms upstairs are: 2 huge guest king bedrooms with ensuite baths, one with a full balcony overlooking the lake and another with butted windows overlooking the lagoon. Down the hall, there is a Full bathroom on the left which services the following bedrooms: "Play room" which has 2 Queen beds, "game room" which has a double-bed futon, "bunkroom" which has 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds), and an attached Queen “bonus room” which overlooks the volleyball court and lake and sits among the cypress trees. The house has 360 water views due to large water frontage and a lagoon on the opposite side.
Features large wrap around patio, a whole home audio system, steam room, and indoor fireplace in addition to outdoor fire pit. There is a huge amount of outdoor seating and the breeze always blows on this side of the lake. Ideal for families and corporate retreats. No bachelor parties, etc, please.
