This is an approximately 800 sq. ft. space, single level, hardwood floor house, retreated in a quiet neighborhood. Large private backyard with fruit trees, offering a peaceful nature view. Please remove your shoes upon entry. Indoor slippers will be provided.
House is equipped with the following amenities: full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freestanding electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV with Roku - No paid TV subscription, but you can watch your favorite channel (YouTube/Netflix/Amazon Prime/etc) from your account, fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi, keyless entry for self check-in - Door code will be provided on day of arrival.
Linens: we try our best to provide you with 100% cotton sheets + duvet covers. However, in a few occasions, there could be some microfiber/polyester mixed in materials. If you have a strong preference for one over the other, please let us know in advance.
Night arrivals: There are motion sensor lights in front of the house. Once you park your car in the driveway there will be plenty of light to guide you to the front door. There's a nightlight inside the house that will automatically turn on when it's dark.
Accessibility: Conquer just 3 small steps of stairs with your full luggage to enter the house from the front entrance. Except the laundry room which is 2 steps of chair down. All other area in the house are flat terrace. Living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom are all on the same height level.
Walkable distance to Hillsboro downtown with plenty options for restaurants and shopping. We also have Tues & Sat markets with local vendors offering local food and products. Minutes from train station for public commute. 5-min drive to major groceries and pharmacy.
