Positive: This report is for a room reserved by a friend. The room was on the third floor and was named "Pace" We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful and was quick in giving us towels that were missing for our groop of four people. The rooms were big, perfect sitting area and living room with a huge tv. There is plenty of space for four people. The restaurant had amazing food and very fast and great service. The location was close to a huge shopping mall and to Casa Frida and witnin reasonable walking distance of the Plaza Jardin Hidalgo. We felt very safe in the city of Coyoacan

Negative: This report was reserved by a friend. The room was on the third floor and was named "Pace" Our bed was very hard, and we had issues with our shower faucet that would fall off and would'nt close properly. Comming back from our excursion, we were going to tell them about the problem, but they had already entered our room to fix it. The next morning, when trying the shower again, the faucet handle fell off again, so we didn't bother because, luckily, there were two showers in our facility.
